Rose brings extensive experience in consumer and health care public relations, and marketing, to GA. Her deep knowledge and expertise in corporate communications, issues management and brand development bring top-level counsel to the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining GA, Rose was a senior public affairs representative for Kaiser Permanente, where she led public relations and brand initiatives, as well as corporate communications campaigns. Rose oversaw the development of online communications tools and an award-winning employee forum program built to engage and facilitate communication between executives and front-line staff. This work included strategic communications planning and messaging, publication development and the drafting of executive communications.

Rose also led a multiyear campaign for the construction and opening of Kaiser Permanente's South Los Angeles Medical Offices. The campaign incorporated traditional and social media outreach, marketing strategy, government and community relations and planning for ceremonial events. Her work for Kaiser Permanente was recognized by the Public Relations Society of America, Los Angeles Chapter with a PRSA PRism award.

Rose graduated with honors from American University with a degree in public communication and is a 2012 Coro Southern California Executive Fellow. Rose enjoys yoga, attempting gourmet cooking and relaxing with family.
