    Caitlin Carroll is a vice president, offering strategic counsel to a range of geospatial, technology and health care clients in the development of effective public awareness campaigns, corporate communications strategies and in the management of crisis communications issues.

    Prior to joining GA, Caitlin worked at Public Strategies, Inc., where she ran the corporate communications function for Dell’s federal government services organization, which included both internal and external communications. In this role, she served as part of the organization’s leadership team, advising executive leadership on messaging, content and timing of communications to over 3,000 employees as well as to national, regional and trade press. Additionally, she created and executed the company’s first comprehensive marketing-communications strategy to support multi-million dollar sales pursuit efforts and served as the company’s public affairs lead in Washington, D.C.

    Before joining the private sector, Caitlin most recently served as Rep. Kay Granger’s communications director and leadership staffer, where she led a number of key initiatives for both the congresswoman and the Republican Conference. In addition to overseeing Rep. Granger’s leadership communications responsibilities and managing her district media, she served as a strategic media advisor on terrorism, the Iraq War and Iraqi women’s issues. Caitlin helped position Rep. Granger as a leader on Iraqi women’s issues within the Republican Conference and the media, and ran a 50+-member rapid-response team on terrorism issues.

    Prior to working on the Hill, Caitlin served as the television and radio director for the National Republican Congressional Committee during the 2004 election cycle, successfully booking over 300 national radio and TV interviews for Republican candidates and members of Congress.

    Before moving to Washington, D.C., in 2003, Caitlin worked as a campaign manager and press advisor for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Los Angeles for three years, and also worked as a reporter for a local newspaper.

    Caitlin holds a B.A. in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
