Kelley McCormick, partner and COO at Gibraltar Associates, has more than 20 years of public relations agency experience. She focuses on growing the agency, managing clients and assisting in agency operations.

Kelley comes to GA after nearly nine years at Qorvis Communications, where she most recently served as a partner. Her areas of expertise include consumer marketing, corporate affairs and reputation management. Some of her previous clients include Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Feld Entertainment, Scientific American, Bloomberg Businessweek, GQ and World TeamTennis’ Washington Kastles.

She has also provided counsel to a number of nonprofit organizations including YouthAIDS, an international program designed to educate youth about HIV/AIDS prevention; Five & Alive, a Population Services International program aimed at eliminating the greatest health risks to children under age five; and the Creative Coalition and Earth Conservation Corps, a D.C.-based group geared to achieve environmental improvements and economic stability in Anacostia. She recently joined the board of directors for the Miss America Organization.

Previously, Kelley managed campaigns at Weber Shandwick/Powell Tate for nearly nine years, including a number of award-winning programs for the Eastman Kodak Company. Prior to Weber Shandwick/Powell Tate, Kelley worked at Ketchum Public Relations, where she provided media relations for Wendy’s, Lederle-Praxis, Coca-Cola Company, Mobil Oil Corporation, Dow Chemical Company and others.

Kelley graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in journalism. She lives in Silver Spring, MD, with her husband and three young boys.
