Celebrating our Fifth Year!

We are celebrating our fifth year. Here’s a look back at the GA team when they were five years old and what they wanted to be when they grew up. (We can’t wait to see what they looked like in the awkward teen years.)

Commemorating 5 Years With Our Debut on the Inc. 500-5000 List

By Eric Bovim and Tom Pernice

Gibraltar Associates (GA) officially turns five today. We certainly wouldn’t have gotten this far without the continued and highly valued business of our clients. So first and foremost, we need to thank them. To our delight—and, again, to our clients’ credit—on this anniversary we are able to share an exciting honor being awarded to our agency.

We recently learned GA has made the prestigious Inc. 500/5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. We are listed at number 2,843. With over 7 million private-employer-based companies in the U.S., it is truly an honor that we have been able to enjoy so much success—and after just five short years.

Our rapid growth has come entirely by word-of-mouth and client referrals. And we’ve built GA on a model of retaining our clients year after year. This is not easy in a challenging economy and an environment where companies have many options for their communications needs.

Companies today have taken a long look at their consultants to see if the outgoing resources are matched by the return on investment. Given this climate, our growth has been all the more remarkable. It’s because we have remarkable clients whose loyal business we value as much as they value our results. Without them, GA would not have been able to attain this distinction.

While we have continued to grow, one thing that hasn’t changed at GA is our mission to deliver results that speak for themselves. Every professional in our company believes in this approach and works daily to realize it for our clients.

It has been a fantastic five years of growth, relationships and exciting work with talented clients. We would like to thank everyone who has taken part in this journey for their contributions. It has truly been a blessing.
